Meditation can be tricky without some guidance and assurance, especially as a beginner. And making time every day for your own practice of meditation can also be challenging. At Your Whole Body Health we see meditation as an integral part of your fitness. We train out our bodies so why not our minds?
Sitting in lotus position is not required. As classes numbers are kept to a maximum of five people we are able to make your meditation experience as comfortable as possible for each individual.
We offer a group 45 minute meditation class every Thursday at 12.15pm to break up your day and at the end of each Pilates mat class there is a fifteen minute meditation section. These snippets are designed to help you incorporate daily meditation into your busy schedule so that you can keep calm and carry on.
Our Pilates and meditation classes are 75 minutes long and suitable for the complete beginner or anyone that regularly practices meditation.
