Meditation can be tricky without some guidance and assurance, especially as a beginner. And making time every day for your own practice of meditation can also be challenging. At Your Whole Body Health we see meditation as an integral part of your fitness. We train out our bodies so why not our minds?
Sitting in lotus position is not required. As classes numbers are strictly limited we are able to make your meditation experience as comfortable as possible for each individual.
