At Your Whole Body Health, our philosophy is based on the belief that we are all designed to move for joy. Movement heals and makes us happy, as Joseph Pilates said himself.
Inside us is a matrix of muscles, tendons, fascia, blood, organs, water and cells. To function well your whole body needs nourishment, not only from food and water but from movement. When we move from a place of joy rather than disdain for our bodies, miracles happen.
We set the wheels in motion for joy to flood our bodies and brains, and raise serotonin levels in a way that serves us rather than depleting us.
Moving our bodies daily improves our moods, flushes our system, cleans and polishes our cells, keeps our brains active and alive, lubricates our joints and fascia and, it centres us.
That’s why at Your Whole Body Health, we embrace Pilates as one of the best forms of fitness and whole body wellness. We also believe in offering a range of classes to suit every body in a welcoming environment, from tailored private sessions and small group classes to virtual sessions anytime, anywhere.
