At Your Whole Body Health, we believe you were born to run. And now you can learn how to in a safe and effective way with specific tools and techniques just for you.
Our eight and twelve-week running coaching program is based on the unique Runity methodology and will transform the way you run.
Designed by fitness experts with a passion for running, the Runity method combines the latest scientific knowledge with the best training procedures to make your running experience pain free and enjoyable, no matter what level you are at.
So if you’ve had a break from running, have never ran or you’re a seasoned runner, we can improve your experience. We will work together at your own pace to get you running painlessly and effortlessly – and of course with joy!
How does it work?
We start with a full movement assessment including a filming session of you running on a treadmill. Together we look at the video and we assess the areas that need change. We then do a set of specific drills to enhance your performance based on the video and assessment and we film again.
The changes that happen in a short time are unbelievable. The Runity method is concise and potent and the body adapts quickly and immediately before your eyes.
We then design your program on the Runity online platform, giving you access so you can follow your drills and a tailored running program set just for you. The videos and instructions on the platform must be followed exactly to get the very best results.
Once a week for eight weeks we will check in with you, either face to face at our Terrigal studio or via a virtual session, to go through the drills and troubleshoot. Every four weeks we will conduct another full assessment.
The course is a minimum of eight weeks to ensure full adaptation and results are embedded in the body. Once complete, if you wish to continue, we can add or simply book touch up sessions as you go.
